Why doesn't Tyson thank the people who really put this thing together? The sheriff and the police chief had nothing to do with this. If he really wants justice to be done, he should be thanking Lagniappe and its intrepid staff, because the mess-register wouldn't touch this one with a ten-foot inkwell. Thank you all Lagniappe for your courage to keep us informed.

The passage of time, mental breakdowns, and etoh addiction, has taken their toll on Clark. But he is loyal to fudge packers for lucre, ineffective in his malic, and was probably off his medications. However, due to Tyson's feeble mind and the time wasted in bringing the bloated indictment, eventually will result in Clark's, relying on other cognitive minds, such as a freshman law student, to defeat most, if not all of these Johnny come too lately charges. Tyson was warned two years ago that the statutes were running. Me expects, when these charges are ruled time barred, that Tyson will blame others i.e. the incompetent "civil rights" justice department because, his story will then be that he "relied" on them to do his job. However, the Obama lead "Justice" department will not recognise the civil rights of the blac inmates beause to do so would result in loss of a preceived loss of "black power". George Orwell's "All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others" rule has been applied. Being a political black will trump the laws that applies to other blacks, whose civil rights don't count enough to bring down one of their own. Ironically the civil rights laws "don't" apply to blacks in power. Tyson, being the political animal that he is, has held his foretold press conference and taken credit for this indictment as foretold. He thanked those photo shopped individuals standing behind him. Those in the background staged "photo opp" all had blank expressions and rightfully so. True Law enforcement would follow the leads wherever they lead but don't count on those standing in the background doing anymore than Tyson. A fish rots from the head down but the rest of the fish still stinks. Sam is finally his own man but Garrett is still bought and paid for and neither will have the"nunchalus".
