Mobile police have made an arrest for a Jan. 6 murder that occurred on Bellingrath Road.
On Jan. 9 police arrested 28-year-old Justin Miles Harbison and charged him with murder.
Harbison is accused of murdering 32-year-old Charles David Busby.
On Jan. 6 around 11:35 p.m., officers responded to the 7500 block of Bellingrath Road for a report of one shot. Once on scene, officers found the victim with an apparent gunshot wound. Busby was pronounced dead on the scene by Mobile Fire Rescue.
Harbison is currently in Mobile County Metro Jail awaiting trial. According to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office, Harbison has been arrested several times before. He was previously charged with multiple drug related crimes including manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of cocaine. He was also charged twice with robbery first degree.
