George Thorogood could be considered one of the most legendary blues rockers of all. His raw, edgy style of blues rock has earned him a multitude of dedicated fans. His renditions of “Who Do You Love” and “One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer” have been lauded by even the most staunch blues purists. Thorogood’s original tune “Bad to the Bone” has been heard on radio, TV and film.
Currently Thorogood is celebrating 40 years of performing with the “Badder Than Ever” tour. While his recordings are excellent, his studio work is a far cry from his live performances. Thorogood takes the stage and overwhelms his audiences with a charismatic onslaught of his trademark sounds. Naturally, the crowd can expect him to perform their favorites. However, his work on the guitar serves as a highlight.
