Earlier this month, the new face of Baldwin County government was launched. The new website provides online access to the Baldwin County Commission, Judge of Probate, Revenue Commissioner, Sheriff’s Office and other elected officials and departments in the county as well as an “Open Baldwin” feature gives citizens access to view meeting schedules, public records and the county’s online checkbook.

The site features online services, payment options, maps, as well as “Open Baldwin” which was created to allow citizens easier access to their county government.

As part of the Baldwin County Commission’s commitment to remain one of the most open governments in Alabama, the “Open Baldwin” section includes features such as live broadcasts of the County Commission meetings held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, access to the county’s public meeting schedules, agendas and minutes, checkbook online and public records search.

Citizens are encouraged to visit the new website for daily interaction with their county government as well as to be informed on emergency notifications, public notices, news and announcements from the Baldwin County Commission.

In an effort to provide improved service and accessibility, new services, features and support will continue to be added to the website.

The Baldwin County Commission also provides information and up-to-date announcements and news on its social media sites on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.
