Alabama Music Box will be starting the weekend early with underground sounds from both the Gulf Coast and the West Coast. San Diego’s Some Kind of Nightmare is bringing a dose of California punk rock to the Azalea City. Locals can expect a potent set filled with cuts from the trio’s latest effort, “Driven Red.” This album showcases an explosive punk outfit that specializes in short, powerful deliveries of underground sounds inspired by the classics.
Pauper’s Grave will be traveling from Pensacola to participate in the madness. This group’s extreme rock methods consist of a steady blast of riffs, rhythms and roars. In addition to music, Pauper’s Grave also finds time to concentrate on social matters, including the plight of the homeless.
Mobile’s Future Hate will serve as local support for the lineup. This five-piece has used cuts from the EP “Potboiler” to collect a dedicated following in both the U.S. and Japan. Future Hate’s punk with metal overtones shows listeners no mercy in the live setting.
