The Nation’s hottest chefs will compete in three categories (Cajun, Rockefeller, and Create Your Own Raw) for the best oyster and you will have the chance to taste them all. Enjoy live music, an oyster shucking competition, cooking demos and more. Help crown the nation’s best oyster in the “Blind Oyster Taste Test.” Football fans won’t miss a game. Watch your favorite game in one of the sports viewing lounges on site or inside the Hangout.

Craft Beer Festival Kickoff Party
The Hangout, 101 E. Beach Boulevard, Gulf Shores, AL, 6 p.m. – 12 a.m.

Enjoy samples of over 60 beers from over 25 craft breweries and entertainment from The Mulligan Brothers, Steelism and Willie Sugarcapps. Your ticket includes samples from all of the craft brewers and entertainment all night long.

2014 Bloody Mary Invitational
Prove you have the “best bloody” in the Bloody Mary Invitational. The Hangout will provide a “Bloody Mary Pantry,” including a variety of Absolut vodkas, Zing Zang Bloody Mary mix, Crystal Hot Sauce and a variety of ingredients and items to serve your concoctions. Entrants must be 21. Entries must include Absolut Vodka and Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix. They will be judged on Flavor Profile and Creativity and Presentation.
