Plain White T’s, a five-piece pop rock outfit from Chicago formed in the late 90s, will open this three-band show. In 2005, Plain White T’s entered the mainstream with their megahit “Hey There Delilah.” The group is currently preparing to release its seventh studio album “American Nights.”
Daughtry, a mainstream rock band fronted by “American Idol” fifth-season finalist Chris Daughtry, will take over, touring in support of their 2013 release “Baptized.” The group’s self-titled debut sold millions of copies and spawned hits like “It’s Not Over” and “Home.”
The Goo Goo Dolls exploded out of the 90s alternative rock movement with a sound that tended to be less intense than some of their contemporaries. 1995’s “A Boy Named Goo” put the band on the charts with singles such as “Naked” and “Name.” You can also expect the group to play hits off of their successful 2013 release “Magnetic.”
