Elements continues to bring the best and brightest in hip-hop to the Soul Kitchen stage. These monthly events spotlight a plethora of talented verbal assassins, and this installment will be no different.
Hailing from North Mobile County, Jizzle Rogers will showcase his vocal flow for the Elements crowd. Rogers shines on tracks such as “Richie Valens.” This young hip-hop artist weaves lyrics through a sampled cut of “La Bamba.” Rogers joins forces with fellow North Mobilian Rellik “The Dirt Road Pimp” for the bounced-out track “The Team.”
Rogers will be joined by an army of local hip-hop artists. Bates will perform cuts off of his debut album “Hometown Hero.” D. Judge will bring a fresh batch of Big East rhymes into the mix. Local horror-core rapper TMP’s tracks will add a dark edge to the evening.
Finally, the evening will be complete with a collection of mix-ups and mash-ups from Wermzer.
