Soul Kitchen has dedicated an evening to showcasing three local promising singer-songwriters armed with acoustics and original material.
Jake Burford will be the headliner for this triple-shot of local sound. Many local country fans were introduced to Burford when he opened for Colt Ford at the Soul Kitchen. In 2014, Burford began concentrating more on original songs such as “She’s My Kinda Lady” and “Waitin’ for Friday Night.”
Burford’s originals are modern country anthems crafted for a new generation of country fans.
Justin Jeansonne is the most recent addition to the lineup. Jeansonne fell in love with performing at an early age and has shaped it into a music career. He will entertain the crowd with original cuts such as, “You Can Take It From Me.”
Alex Joy completes the show with his acoustic talent. Joy has gathered local fans with upbeat, Gulf Coast-inspired tunes such as, “Salty Water.”
