NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT

MOBILE, ALABAMA

PURSUANT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MOBILE, adopted the 16th day of May 1967, as amended, the City of Mobile’s Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on June 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. to consider a request at 3116 Dauphin Island Parkway (West side of Dauphin Island Parkway, extending to Club House Road.) for a Sign Variance to allow two (2) digital menu board signs and two (2) pre-browse signs on a site with two (2) drive-thru lanes within 300′ of residentially-zoned property in a B-2, Neighborhood Business District; the Zoning Ordinance requires all digital signs to be a minimum of 300’ from all residentially zoned properties and allows only one (1) menu board per drive-thru lane in a B-2, Neighborhood Business District. The meeting will be held in the Auditorium at 205 Government Street, Mobile, Alabama. This notice is to advise you of the public hearing so that you may attend the meeting and present your views to the Board concerning this request. Dated this 14th day of May, 2018.
