Native Mobilian Peabody Award-winning documentarian Margaret Brown will be the special guest of the History Museum of Mobile (111 S. Royal St.) at noon on April 8 to discuss her most recent work, “The Great Invisible.” The documentary looks at the 2010 tragedy on BP’s Deepwater Horizon and the disasterous oil spill that followed.
The monthly Learning Lunch program invites the public to listen to and interact with various esteemed and learned guests in a casual setting. Entrance is free and attendees are asked to bring their own lunch. Complimentary beverages are provided.
