Shows of this caliber prove that Mobile’s local music scene is alive and well, as Alchemy Tavern gives patrons the chance to sample three fresh local bands in one night.
SNAK is one of the area’s newest bands. Through shows at Garage and The Blind Mule, this trio has been busy acquainting locals with their eclectic, versatile style. SNAK’s style knows no boundaries; the band expertly weaves together various musical styles, ranging from progressive rock to blues.
Satellite Graveyard describes itself as “a bunch of ‘90s kids” playing the music they love. This group has a furious sound filled with relentless, blazing guitars and melodic vocals. Satellite Graveyard executes an intense style of alt. rock that maintains instrumental order.
Of Legends and Liars is the latest project from Chris Cole (Adelle) and Clay Bates (Black Titan). Many locals got acquainted with them at SouthSounds 2015. Their energetic, expressive music is matched by their live performance.
