A shooting on Nov. 10 has police investigating the death of a 21-year-old and the injuries of two other victims.
At 9:55 p.m. in the 1700 block of Brazier Drive West, police responded to a report of shots fired.
Officers found 21 year-old Bill Lamond Hopkins, who had suffered a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
Another victim was found during the officer’s investigation.
A 22 year-old male victim was located inside a nearby apartment. The male had a gunshot wound to the leg. The 22-year-old was transported to USA Medical Center by Mobile Fire Medics for treatment for a non life-threatening injury.
Another victim was identified at USA Medical Center.
Over the course of the investigation, officers discovered a 20 year-old male victim had been transported by personal vehicle to USA Medical Center with a non life-threatening gunshot wound to the arm.
