People who are struggling, on a fixed income, or going through rough times; doesn’t need politicians, so–called leaders, and utility companies using their positions to unfairly tax them in order to relieve debt and expense occurred over a number of years. This is a dilemma many cities find themselves in during these challenging times. Until you are bombarded with a barrage of extremely high water and sewer bills, you can easily dismiss the action of the Prichard Water Works & Sewer Board. The citizens of Prichard deserve better.
