Locally owned Red Square Agency recently acquired We Can’t Stop Thinking, a digital development company in Chicago. The acquisition will increase the company’s digital footprint as well as complement existing digital and user-experience design capabilities, according to a news release.
The acquisition positions Red Square with three different creative subsidiaries: RSQ, Red Square Gaming and We Can’t Stop Thinking. RSQ currently offers digital advertising for high-quality brands; Red Square Gaming is a full-service agency for the gaming and hospitality industry; and We Can’t Stop Thinking is a digital development operation.
While each creative group is specialized in its respective area, each operates under the Red Square parent company umbrella providing expanded services to clients.
“The future of advertising calls for tailored work for niche markets,” Rich Sullivan, CEO of Red Square, said. “This acquisition allows us to enter new markets, expand our capabilities and continue to evolve as a group of creative specialists and away from generalists. This is certainly unique to our area and state.”
A short list of prominent Red Square clients include Southern Comfort, Google, Hilton, NYC Pride, Hard Rock Casinos and the Righteous Persons Foundation. Red Square’s work has also been recognized by The Webby Awards, SXSW, Communications Arts and Awwwards.
