A decade has passed since Okie rockers Hinder gained national attention through their debut album, “Extreme Behavior.” Singles such as “Get Stoned,” “Lips of an Angel” and “How Long” brought a multitude of dedicated fans into Hinder’s fold.
Five studio albums later, Hinder’s post-grunge sounds still echo throughout the nation. Over the past year, Hinder fans have gotten their fix through two new singles.
“Halo” is an explosion of catchy hooks, bright harmonies and raw guitars. Hinder also released a cover of the Eagles’ classic “Life in the Fast Lane.” Crunchy guitars and electronic embellishments highlight this modern interpretation.
Red will be joining Hinder at the Soul Kitchen. This Nashville rock outfit brings an edgy, raging brand of mainstream rock to the evening’s mix. Red has spent the past two years touring off its 2017 release, “Gore.”
Currently, the band has been teasing its upcoming album through a double-shot of singles with the lastest being “From the Ashes.” Each measure of this seductive track is filled with exotic rock grandeur. “The Evening Hate” also serves as a harbinger of Red’s upcoming release.
Red uses this merciless, mainstream rock arrangement to carry equal servings of heady harmonics and throaty roars.
