Hailing from Glasgow, PAWS is bringing European alternative rock sounds to the Azalea City. This trio has crafted a sound that mingles early ‘80s UK underground with modern pop punk. After relentlessly touring around the globe, PAWS joined the roster of FatCat Records in Brooklyn. Currently, they are touring in support of their latest release “Youth Culture Forever.”
Orlando’s Flashlights will be joining the bill. The group has been rocking the Florida Peninsula and beyond with their EP “Don’t Take Me Seriously.” Their fuzzy punk sound is contrasted by clean vocals. This sonic concoction makes them quite infectious.
Total Slacker should be a crowd pleaser. Their sound could be considered the musical love child of Liz Phair and L7. Some songs are intense romps, and other take on a more subdued vibe.
Local post-hardcore quartet Jaguarundi will be providing local support. From dreamy anthems like “One Ticket” to the driving ballads such as “Whoopsy Daisy,” this band goes through a range of emotions on their debut release “… Goes on the Offensive.”
