In 1989, the Mobile Civic Center played host to one of the biggest tours of the year, Bon Jovi’s New Jersey Syndicate. Before the crowd was treated to the group’s super hits, Skid Row took the stage as the tour’s opener, with front man Sebastian Bach exploding onto the stage with an unbridled charisma that was the epitome of hair metal.
When the hair metal craze passed, Bach spent the ensuing years as the consummate showman. He has continued to perform solo as well as in the supergroup The Last Hard Men, but music hasn’t been his only forte.
Bach starred in stage musicals such as “Jekyll & Hyde,” “The Rocky Horror Show” and “Jesus Christ Superstar.” His television credits include everything from “SpongeBob SquarePants” to “Trailer Park Boys.” From Skid Row to his solo work, his performance at Soul Kitchen will take his fans on a journey through his extensive career.
