Fairhope’s Theatre 98 needs actors for their upcoming rendition of Luigi Jannuzzi’s production of “Exhibit This,” a comedic collection of short plays set in the Metropolitan Museum of Art. They are seven one-act plays and six monologues inspired by 50 paintings at the Met. Most involve art subjects come to life along with guards, curators and artists.
Men and women of all ages are needed for many roles with doubling likely. It is an unusual show with abstractly-specific staging. No prior experience is needed.
Auditions will be Oct. 27 and 28, 6:30 p.m. at the Theatre 98 (350 Morphy Ave., Fairhope).
Production dates are Feb. 19-22, Feb. 25- 28, and March 1, 2015.
